Simplified Poetry Vol I&II by Folahan Oyelekan- WAEC Literature-in-English Syllabus
Reading and analyzing prose Literature texts (Drama and Prose) can be an enjoyable and enriching experience, but it is a different ball game when it comes to Poetry appreciation.
It is somehow difficult digging into the thoughts of a poet and interpret the message of the poem.
It requires some critical steps to untie the knot behind the mysteries of poetry. These are explained in one of my write-ups titled “How to Demystify Poetry.”
These guidelines were considered while writing these books hence, the poems are “simplified” for easy comprehension by prospective readers.
The first one covers the Literature WAEC and NECO Harmonized Syllabus 2021–2025, while Simplified Poetry Vol ll covers the Literature WAEC and NECO Harmonized Syllabus 2026–2030.
